Get Set Weekend 2026 – Saturday 28th March
The ECB Get Set Weekend 2026 is a nationwide pre-season initiative, with over 1,600 clubs across the country preparing their grounds and facilities for the new cricket season. At Cornwood, as always, there’s plenty to be done to ensure everything is ready for the first ball of the summer.
We’re calling on all members senior and junior to get involved and lend a hand. With a strong group of volunteers, we can make light work of the key jobs, including putting the sightscreens in place, setting up the covers, putting up the nets, and getting the pavilion ready for the season ahead.
