Welcome to The Wood, the home of Cornwood Cricket Club.

Cornwood Cricket Club is a friendly, family-focused club set in the stunning surroundings of Dartmoor National Park, just 10 miles from Plymouth. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive club that offers cricket and community in equal measure.

We field five open-age adult teams in the Devon Cricket League, alongside women’s and girls’ hardball and softball teams, providing competitive and social opportunities for players of all abilities.

 

Our junior section is a real strength of the club, with cricket available from as young as 4 years old, supporting players at every stage of their development.

With excellent facilities and a thriving social scene, Cornwood is a great place to play, watch, and enjoy cricket. We are always looking to welcome new players, juniors, families, volunteers, and supporters, so whether you’re new to the area, returning to the game, or picking up a bat for the first time, there’s a place for you at Cornwood Cricket Club.
